I design websites from the content out rather then shoe horning content into a design (which is usually detrimental to the success of the site), this ensures that the pages on your site will be optimised for all search engines.

With regards to off site SEO (building links to your site), this is not a service I directly offer. I would prefer to concentrate my skills on the actual design and building of websites, but I can recommend specialists in this area of online marketing that I have previously used myself.
